We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Flat shipping is applied automatically at checkout based on your shipping country:

• Morocco: $3.48 — Delivery within 2 days
• Spain: $6.96 — Delivery within 2–3 days
• France and every other European country: $11.60 — Delivery within 2–3 days
• Every other country in the world: $17.40 — Delivery within 3–5 days

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return requests made after 2 days are not accepted. Please contact us by email before returning any item. Refunds are processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
