How often should I use the Hammam ritual?
We recommend enjoying the full ritual 1–2 times per week for best results. Individual products like the Body Scrub can be used more frequently.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our products are made with natural Moroccan ingredients and are generally suitable for sensitive skin. We always recommend patch testing before first use.
How long does shipping take?
Morocco: $3.48 flat — delivery within 2 days. Spain: $6.96 flat — delivery within 2–3 days. France and every other European country: $11.60 flat — delivery within 2–3 days. Every other country in the world: $17.40 flat — delivery within 3–5 days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please contact us by email before returning any item.
